Returns and exchanges

Please note that we have a 7 days exchange policy but that all sales are final. We do not make re-funds with the exception being damaged goods. Contact us; customercare@hoststudios.com

Exchanges

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and color. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge.

Important information

  • Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form.

  • Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.

Sale

Our policy above applies during the sales period with the exception that Höst will not allow exchanges.

If items are classified as faulty, were received damaged or have manufacturing fault that occurred within a 1 months time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
